My cooking routines à la Angela

Enjoy your meal! Today we begin with a delicious introduction to my favorite topic, food. I love Italian cuisine, but my favorite food is still home cooking. Cooking for myself often counts among the most beautiful activities of the day, which for me also depends on mood and timing. When I have plenty of time, I like to think about new combinations of familiar ingredients. You can see the best ones in the photo gallery below:

As you can see, I try many combinations, often using similar ingredients. When it comes to pasta with vegetables, I love the light taste of oil, but especially butter, because it harmonizes very well with broccoli in terms of flavor. Otherwise, there is the Italian classic, Bolognese. My grandmother and my parents taught me lasagna as my very first recipe, a typical Italian family, I would say. I am a big fan of fresh vegetables and among my favorite fruits are definitely sweet apples, bananas and oranges.
We do not need to discuss what's my absolute favorite dish. I love pizza above all, especially Margherita, since toppings are a matter of taste for me.
Of course, desserts are still missing here, but I will take my time with those. I think that's it for now, I am going to cook, a presto!
